The Coalition of Homeless Services Providers, in partnership with local governments, community-based organizations, and volunteers, has completed the annual Point-in-Time (PIT) Count for 2024.
Helping Hands is considered a Permanent Housing Program for chronically homeless individuals and families with disabilities. (Disability/Medical diagnoses must be supported by documentation certified physician or therapist)
HOPWA funds can be used to provide direct assistance to low-income households who need help paying their rent, supportive services

Rapid Rehousing, including rent subsidies and incentives to landlords such as security deposits.
Service Coordination, which may include access to workforce, education, and training programs
